1. Real-Time Lead Assignment Every lead is instantly assigned to a dealer, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
2. Timely Follow-Up To keep the lead hot, dealers must accept and log a follow-up activity within 7 days. If not, the lead will be reassigned to another dealer, ensuring prompt engagement.
3. Seamless Transition to Opportunities When a quote or order is made, the lead seamlessly transitions into an opportunity within the partner portal, allowing for continuous tracking and management.
4. Effective Closure Every lead or opportunity needs to be closed by the dealer. If not closed within 60 days after the last activity, it will be automatically closed, maintaining an up-to-date and efficient system.
