How do I access the Renson Partner Portal?

You can access the portal with your Renson account. The Renson account provides your access to all relevant platforms and/or tools created by Renson.

I do not have a Renson account, what should I do?

To register, please visit the registration page on our portal and fill out the required information. Our team will review your application and provide access credentials. That should take no longer than 48 hours.

I have a Renson account, but I am not able to log in to the Renson Partner Portal?

It is possible that your Renson account is not yet linked to the Renson Partner Portal. Request access via the platform or via your internal contact person within Renson.

What should I do if I encounter an issue with the Renson Partner Portal?

If you encounter any issues, please contact your internal Renson contact person.

What can I do on the Renson Partner Portal?

At the start, the Renson Partner Portal will replace our old lead tool. You will be able to follow-up on leads that were assigned to your account. In the coming months more functionalities will be added to the platform such as dashboarding, sharing marketing budget, e-learnings, …

How do I follow up on a lead?

Partners must accept and log at least one follow-up activity on a lead within 7 calendar days. If no follow-up activity is logged within this period, the lead will be reassigned to another dealer.

Can I turn leads into opportunities?

Yes, you can convert your leads into opportunities within the platform. You can then follow up on these opportunities until the deal is either won or lost.

What features does the dashboard offer?

The dashboard provides an overview of all the leads and opportunities you have received so far. It helps you keep track of your progress and manage your follow-ups effectively.

Is there a news section in the portal?

Yes, the portal includes a news section where you can stay updated with the latest information and announcements relevant to Renson and its partners.

Will my old leads be transferred to the new portal?

No, leads from the old tool will not be transposed to the new portal. If you need to consult old leads, please check the old tool. This tool will be active until end of 2025.

Will I receive notifications or emails?

Yes, you will receive emails and notifications when you receive a new lead or if the expiration date of 7 days is approaching (a reminder is sent after 5 days). However, you can manage these settings in your account. If you prefer not to receive these emails and/or notifications, you can unsubscribe via the portal (in the account section).
